Interactive Webinar: Making the Human Connection Online - Creating Engagement in a Virtual Classroom
In this interactive session, we will explore how to create human connections in a virtual space by designing online activities that engage learners. Which strategies have been identified recently as successful in building community in online courses? How can you breathe new life into an activity that no longer seems to engage students? What role do discussions, assignments, and synchronous instruction time on Zoom play in your courses, and how might you align them to build a stronger sense of collaboration among students? Join us to tackle these questions and more in an interactive and collaborative session!

Our speaker, Eddie Andreo, has been an integral part of Quality Matter professional development at UNI. He has facilitated the Applying the Quality Matters Rubric, Design Your Online Course, Improving Your Online Course, and Using Instructional Materials to Promote Learner Engagement workshops many times.
